The Body shop has team up with students from the London College of Fashion to launch a limited edition of make up.
The collection was showcased with looks of Jena.Theo, a design duo and graduates from LCF.
The products are eco-friendly and fashionable. The beauty line includes 2 eye shadow palettes, a fluid blush, an illuminating face base in apricot; a kit of mini brushes and a face illuminate stick.
While shopping around I was like magically attracted by the packaging and couldn't resist going for the face illuminator in apricot tone. I was looking for one anyway and the price was affordable. I have to say I love it. Katarina Voloder, a first year student did the design for the packaging.
I bought also the eye shadow palette à la mode and the high shine lip treatment in peaches. I think that is my favorite item from the collection.
The eye coloring set is a bit too flashy in my eyes and doesn't suit me well.
I really wanted to get the fluid blush after seeing an online tutorial where it was used, but of course it is already sold out, the same for the illuminating stick. The blush is a transparent gel, which transforms into rosé blush while you put it on.
Hopefully they will have new stock in June and the Body Shop and LCF will do further collaborations.
